This pattern has a cotton base with a grainy surface.
The product is ready-to-use in the package, mixed with a binder, you only need to add water. If you want a shiny surface when the light hits it, you can add shiny particles while mixing the water.

Please note that white/light fabric wallpapers require priming with a clean white moisture and dirt-sealing primer (primer), especially on wood and plaster substrates. We do not recommend mixing with well water, which can stain the wallpaper.
